Flynn has removed underground storage tanks from over 1,000 locations in Ohio and Western Pennsylvania in the past decade. Flynn provides UST removal services for larger oil companies as well as single tank owners.
We’ll be happy to bid on your job using your own excavating contractor and perform only the environmental tasks associated with the removal, or we’ll bid the entire project. In either case, Flynn will provide a Certified UST Installer/Remover on site to see that the project proceeds in accordance with state regulations.
Flynn will assist you with pre-UST closure planning activities, such as applying for any potential grants and preparing the appropriate paperwork for the regulatory agency. Additionally, Flynn works to obtain eligibility with the PA Underground Storage Tank Indemnification Fund and the Ohio Petroleum UST Release Compensation Board upon confirmation of contamination, in order to ensure that our client’s costs associated with any future corrective actions are minimal.
