We will investigate suspected petroleum releases while guiding you through BUSTR, Ohio EPA, or PADEP regulations. Flynn will prepare the reports and documentation required by state law. Flynn is highly experienced in conducting Site Characterizations, Tier I, & Tier II site investigations for Ohio BUSTR and Pennsylvania DEP regulated sites. These investigations typically entail delineating the magnitude and extent of contamination through soil, groundwater, air, and soil vapor sampling; evaluating all potential exposure pathways; and determining whether a risk-based standard can or should be applied to the site.
It is often more time and cost efficient to conduct a risk assessment instead of physically cleaning a site. Prior to proposing a Remedial Action Plan aimed at removing contaminants, Flynn evaluates the application of risk-based standards and presents all available options and associated costs to our clients.
