Phase I & Phase II Environmental Site Assessments of a Beverage Drive-Thru with Fuel Sales in Central Ohio
Flynn Environmental conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of a beverage drive-thru with fuel sales in Central Ohio. The Phase I was completed according to both ASTM and the lender’s standards. A Phase II Environmental Site Assessment was recommended due to the long-time use of underground storage tank systems at the site. Flynn Environmental subsequently conducted the Phase II, and the laboratory results of the sampling and analysis were compared to the applicable regulatory levels. It was determined that the low concentrations of petroleum constituents identified in the Phase II were well below allowable levels and the real estate transaction was completed.
