Flynn conducted a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment of a commercial site with a multi-unit building that was being used for professional offices. The Phase I was completed according to both ASTM standards and those of the client’s bank. Enough specific information was collected regarding the past uses of the site, all of which were retail operations or offices presenting low environmental risks, and the uses of surrounding sites to eliminate the need for further investigation (i.e., Phase II Environmental Site Assessment). The bank was able to complete the loan and the property was transferred without added time or expense.
